How to Enter:
Download Office Peons FREE from Apple's iTunes and create your CEO profile in-game.
After you have begun your journey as an undercover 1-Percenter join the "Occupy Wall Street!" Fund.
As soon as "Occupy Wall Street!" reaches 100 members strong, we will have a random drawing with all those members of
the Fund to find out which CEO wins the $50 gift card.

Who Can Enter:
As much as we value our international supporters, this contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United
States, and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Maximum number of entries is one per person.
Void where prohibited. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of
Player Escape LLC, which are final and binding in all respects.
This contest will end when 100 members have signed up for the "Occupy Wall Street!" Fund or when Occupy Wall Street ends*.
The winner will be contacted via their registered Office Peons email address.
In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register
will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email
address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email
addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of
being the authorized account holder.
General Conditions
Player Escape LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should virus, bugs, unauthorized
human intervention, technical failures or any other factor beyond Player Escape LLC's reasonable control corrupt the administration, security,
fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Promotion. In such event, Player Escape LLC reserves the right to award the prize at random from
among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Player Escape LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these
Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Player Escape LLC's
or any Promoter's website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and,
should such an attempt be made, Player Escape LLC and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted
by law. Player Escape LLC's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Release
By receipt of the prize, winner agrees that Player Escape LLC is not liable whatsoever
for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession,
use or misuse of any prize or from winner's participation in the Promotion.
Limitations of Liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether
caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion (2) technical
failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network, hardware or
software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may
occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail;
or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly,
in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion, receipt or use or misuse of any prize, or from downloading any material
from Player Escape LLC's or Promoter's website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Player Escape LLC, Promoter or a third party, and regardless
of whether the material is connected to Player Escape LLC's or Promoter's website by a hypertext link. If, for any reason, an entrant's entry is confirmed
to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, provided
that, if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, Player Escape LLC,
in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or
all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding,
programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or
claimed, Player Escape LLC reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
*Subject to the discretion of Player Escape LLC. If Occupy Wall Street ends and there are less than 100 members of the Occupy Wall Street Fund,
Player Escape LLC reserves the right to either cancel the promotion or hold the drawing with the current amount of participating players.
